Continuous filament mat is made with continuous fiberglass strands. These strands are randomly looped and bonded together with a small amount of binder

• Good in many FRP structural applications - pultrusion, filament winding & RTM. Useful in multi-layer composite products.
• You can combine with woven roving to make a combination mat with superior process ability and good structural properties.
• Finished molded products have high strength and include marine railing, window frames, boat parts, high voltage transformers and corrosion resistant pipes.

Product Characteristics

 Uniform thickness and no loose strands
 High resistance to distortion from handling and processing
 Good resin flow. Complete wet through with no bubbles
 Good resistance to washing and suitable for RTM processes
 Easily fills mold & conforms to complex shapes with a smooth finished surface
